For this to work IGV has to be opened. The correct reference genome has to be loaded and the port has to be configured correctly.

Options

HTTP address
HTTP address of IGV installation. Usually 127.0.0.1 or localhost
Port
Port that is listening to request from IGV. This port can be set within IGV (view->preferences->advanced->Enable port)
Chromosome
Column with chromosome string. Has to be exactly like the one used in IGV.
Start position
Column name that holds the start position of the feature
Stop position
Column name that holds the stop position of the feature
