Tree building method. nj: neighbour-joining, min: UPGMA single linkage, max: UPGMA complete linkage, avg: UPGMA average linkage, wavg: UPGMA weighted average linkage. Neighbour-joining creates an unrooted tree. We root that tree at the least joined pair.
