The PRIDE PRoteomics IDEntifications (PRIDE) database is a centralized, standards compliant, public data repository for proteomics data, including protein and peptide identifications, post-translational modifications and supporting spectral evidence. This node allows querying the projects in the repository and shows a list of results. For each project a list of associated files is shown. From this list files can be selected and downloaded via FTP.
