StarStatisticMerger

The StarStatisticMerger can be used to merge the mapping statistics (Log.final.out) of multiple STAR runs into one file in order to post-process that data.

Options

Path to folder with STAR Outputs: The node searches recursively all folders and sub-folders of the input directory for output files of a STAR run.
Path to output folder: Set the path to a folder where the output files, name after the selected module, shoul dbe stored.
Modules to merge: Select whether mapping statistics should be used for merging.
