RawReadManipulatorStatisticMerger

The RawReadManipulatorStatisticMerger can be used to merge the mapping statistics of multiple RawReadManipulator runs into one file in order to post-process that data.

Options

Path to folder with RawReadManipulator Outputs

The node searches recursively all folders and sub-folders of the input directory for output files of a RawReadManipulator run.

Path to output folder

Set the path to the folder where the output files, named after the selected module, should be stored.

Modules to merge

Select whether module statistics should be used for merging.
