Fingerprint From String

This node converts to a fingerprint column from a String representation. The user needs to select whether the string represents a binary (bitvector) of count (bytevector) fingerprint

Options

Select the fingerprint column: The column containing the string fingerprint
Keep input columns: If true, the input fingerprint column is kept
Fingerprint Type: The fingerprint type for the output
Return byte vector (count) fingerprint: Should the fingerprint be returned as a count (bytevector) fingerprint. NB at present, 0-length sparse count fingerprints result in an error in the KNIME GUI

: Output table with BitVector fingerprint
