Total number of residues.

Protein weight in kilo Daltons.

Number of positively charged residues.

Number of negatively charged residues.
Hydrophobicity
Hydrophobicity based on J. Kyte, R.F. Doolittle, J Mol Biol 157, 105, 1982.
Aliphatic Index
