String Column List to Variable

Returns a list of the String Columns, which can be passed to String Manipulation (Multi Column).

This can be useful if you wish to apply String Manipulation (Multi-Column) which can crash if presented with certain non-String data types
e.g. Long and Boolean, but does not have the provision to include/exclude by data type
