El flow esta encargado de procesar un archivo que se descarga diariamente a las 8 am y contar cuantos dias lleva un incidente abierto, si este pasa de 20 dias se le pone la etiqueta de vencido y se envia un correo al analista responsable para que gestione el incidente en cuestion
