This workflow performs data preprocessing on NIR spectroscopy data. The user is able to select a subset of observations, as well as to visually select spectral regions of interest (peaks) before applying preprocessing methods of choice. Common spectral preprocessing methods, i.e., centering, scaling, SNV and Savitizky golay filtering are included in the workflow. The user can adjust which of these methods to use and define the order of application.
Once the user verified that the preprocessing methods are working as expected on the selected subset, the same transformation will be applied to all samples, i.e. the complete dataset at the end of the workflow. In a last step, the preprocessed data is exported to disk for the next steps of spectral analysis
