<p>Assign, update or remove labels on versions of components or workflows.</p><p>Version labels link information to specific versions of components or workflows. For instance, they can indicate that a particular workflow has passed quality control. They can also enforce workflow execution restrictions, ensuring that a production execution environment only runs workflows that have successfully passed quality control.</p><p>This data app allows you to manually assign labels to versions, update the message of an assigned label, or remove labels that have already been assigned. An optional message can be included with an assignment to explain the reason for applying a specific label.</p><p>Only global admin users have permission to assign labels to versions. To let other users assign labels, configure the data app with a global admin’s application password and share the deployment with them. They can only assign labels to versions they have access to.</p>
