3. Get interactivity to the next level

Follow these steps to add more interactive elements to the data app. With widgets, re-execution and switch the user can choose what to display on the app.

Step 1. Add more interactivity

1. Open the component and follow the instructions

Step 2. Save the changes

1a. If the workflow is saved on your local KNIME Analytics platform, upload it to KNIME Hub. Click Upload in the upper right corner and select the destination space.

1b. If you are editing the workflow already saved on KNIME Hub, just save it and overwrite the changes.

Important:

• Make sure to reset your workflow before uploading it.

• The workflow should be saved in a space linked to a KNIME's paid plan.

Step 3. Version and create data app

1. Open the Version History and create a version of the changes

2. Click Deploy on Hub to open the workflow page on the browser. From there, click Deploy and create a data app deployment.

3. Open the Manage Access panel to share the data app with other users
