Budget Monitoring

This workflow creates a budget overview in a data app.

11 projects (with desert names). Each project with total money (in 1000) assigned and used in 2021, 2022, 2023. We calculate the remaining money for each project for each year.

The "Budget Summary" component contains three components:

one displays (and calculates) the totals of assigned, used, and remaining money by year summed across all projects

one displays (and calculates) the total assigned, used, and remaining money by year for a selected project

one displays (and calculates) the total for 2021, 2022, and 2023 for each money type (assigned, used, remaining) summed up across all projects.
