StringCleaner

Component that cleans Strings be excluding character types. Can select 1 to n columns. Row ID will be kept on output.

Options

Multiple Concurrent Spaces to One Space

This is change all multiple Concurrent Spaces to one space. e.g. "the cat sat on the mat." to "the cat sat on the mat."

Remove Unicode

deletes all unicode like \u00A4 and U+00A4

Replace Columns

The cleaned strings will overwrite the originating cell. If not Replace Columns then another cell will be created with the suffix "CLEANED_" followed by the original column name

Columns to Clean

Allows you to select 1 to n string columns for string cleaning
