OpenCage Geocoder

Geocode address fields using OpenCage Geocoder. Add your own API key, select the field containing the address and set the rate limit to configure.
The geocoder will output all input fileds plus:
HTTP Status
Latitude
Longitude
Confidence
OpenStreetMap link
Address from OpenCage
