This workflow is the first one executed by the model factory. It loads locally stored data into Model Factory.
The data is provided in Metainfo/Bioactivity/Training_data folder. The data comes from ChEMBLdb (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chembl/beta/) and is publicly accessible.

01_Bioactivity_Prediction_Load_LocalThis workflow is the first one executed by the model factory. It loads locally stored data into Model Factory. The workflow can be substituted bythe workflow that pulls the data from the database (e.g. 01_Bioactivity_Prediction_Load_Pull_Data)Input: The input of the node contains all parameters as provided by Modelling_Configuration.table and Process_Definition.table inModel_Factory WorkflowOutput: Include the path to the preloaded file for the Transform workflow.
