Transpose Excel table with additional header rows

Unmerges some merged header cells in a formatted xls spreadsheet using the Excel Unmerge Cells component, then transposes the data and unpivots. This is not a generic operation, but rather handles the very specific excel spreadsheet. The process could be adapted for other spreadsheets though.
