Lookup Value from Previous Month (up to max of 3)

STEP 1 Loops are required to group the rows with the same identifier columns together so that any manipulations made are applied to each group separately.For each group, we first determine which row has the 'max date' = the latest date.We sort the rows in a descending order; the first row for each group is now the row containing the 'max date'. Then we remove all rows that are beyond the period of 3 monthsprior to this.We then take the Comments from the last available date and copy it onto the'max date'. If 'max date' already has a comment assigned, that comment remains as it is. If there's no available comments from the previous dates within the last 3 months, for cases of 'max date' with missing values, those missing values remain as missing values. STEP 2Step 2 recombines the results from all separated groups together. STEP 3Step 3 attaches the updated Comments column to theoriginal table.
