This node extracts plain text from PDF documents and provides it a text column. It serves as simple and sane alternative to KNIME’s “PDF Parser” provided with the Textprocessing nodes.

Options

Input
The input column (string, binary, or file path) in the input table which represent PDF files.
Remove input column
Enable to drop the input column from the result table.

Input Ports

Icon
Input table with a string or binary column which provides the PDF file data.

Output Ports

Icon
Table with appended column holding the extracted text of the PDF files.
