Distance Selection
Select and configure the distance to be used for measurement. Additional information is available through the help button in the configuration dialog.

Overlap Coefficient
The overlap coefficient measures the overlap between two sets.

Tanimoto Coefficient
The similarity is defined as the cosine of the angle between the sets expressed as sparse vectors.

Jaccard
Jaccard similarity is defined as twice the shared information (intersection) divided by sum of cardinalities.

Dice
The Dice similarity is defined as twice the shared information (intersection) divided by sum of cardinalities.

Euclidean Distance
The Euclidean distance between two points in Euclidean space is the length of a line segment between the two points.

Cosine
Cosine similarity is a measure of similarity between two non-zero vectors defined in an inner product space.

Block Distance
Also known as L1 Distance or City block distance.
