Create Transformations

A node to create and optimize transformations based on a column of FCS Frames. This node seeks to enable intuitive visualization of flow cytometry data by incorporating optimized display transformations on a per dimension basis. For a more detailed discussion of this topic see:

Options

Selected Column
The column of FCS Frames for which optimal display transformations will be generated.
Preview Pane
A list of plots showing the optimized display function on the domain axis. The range axis shows each input file with density bands showing the distribution of data for each file.

A KNIME table containing at least one FCS Frame column

Output Ports

The input table but with the added display transformation functions

A list of the optimized transforms for each dimension.
