SBML Writer

This node writes primary and tertiary models to SBML files. Each model is saved in a separate XML file.

Options

Output Path
Path where SBML files are written to.
Model Name
Specifies the name of the models in SBML and the filename. If you choose "Test" as model name, the models are named "Test_1", "Test_2", ...
Initial Concentration Parameter
If there is a parameter for the initial concentration (e.g. LOG10N0), name it here.

Icon
Primary or tertiary models (e.g. from the nodes Model Fitting, Primary Model Selection, Tertiary Model Selection)

Output Ports
