ComBase Writer

Save microbial data from the workflow as ComBase CSV file. The structure is identical to the ComBase data structure.

Options

Selected File: Define a folder and the file name to save microbial data as ComBase CSV file. If 'Overwrite OK' is selected the defined file name will be used every time the node is executed and the older file will be replaced.
