This Node Is Deprecated — This version of the node has been replaced with a new and improved version. The old version is kept for backwards-compatibility, but for all new workflows we suggest to use the version linked below.

The "FSK to metadata"-node extracts the metadata of an FSK object (e.g., FSKX-model) to a KNIME JSON table. The FSK object can be created using the “FSK Creator”-node or “FSK Editor”-node (both are available in the FSK-Lab library). The FSK object includes metadata schema that shows a hierarchical structure with four top-level elements:
  • (1) general information,
  • (2) scope,
  • (3) data background,
  • and (4) mathematical model and data (so called "Model math").
Each top-level element is saved in a separate JSON column. KNIME JSON nodes can process the columns contain JSON objects , e.g. to show metadata on the KNIME Server. Note that the JSON table describes the metadata of only one model and therefore, needs one row.

For details about FSKX-model can be found here: https://foodrisklabs.bfr.bund.de/fsk-ml-food-safety-knowledge-markup-language/. Additional information about the metadata structure can be found in Haberbeck et al., 2018, Microbial Risk Analysis, doi:10.1016/j.mran.2018.06.001 or the online version of the metadata schema available at https://goo.gl/PE4ysP.
