Options

Sequence Column: The String column containing the sequence
Select Sequence Alphabet: The sequence type
Case sensitive parsing: Should lower case characters be ignored or handled specially? (Only available for some sequence types. For Protein, a lowercase is interpreted as a D-amino acid, for DNA as an RNA residue, and for RNA as a DNA residue)
