IL CSV Reader

The CSV Reader node loads molecules and their properties from files containing comma-separated lines for each molecule and it's properties. Structure information must be present in SMILES format in a column named Smi, Smiles, or Molecule.

Settings

Input Filename: Path to the CSV-file.
Column separator in CSV file: Separator that is used in the input CSV file. Setting the correct separator is mandatory for successful node execution.
(Default: ,)
Molecule name column in CSV file: Column name from the input CSV file to be used as molecule name in the output table. The node will only execute successfully if the given column exists in the input file.
(Default: Name)
