<p><strong>How to deploy this workflow as a Data App</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>Create a version</strong> of your workflow first – this is required for deployment (<strong>click versions - create version - set a version name)</strong></p></li><li><p>Then click <strong>Deploy</strong> → <strong>Create Data App</strong>.</p></li><li><p>In the side panel, choose the <strong>executor size</strong> (e.g. Small, Medium...).</p></li><li><p>Click <strong>Create</strong> to finish setup.</p></li></ol><p>To <strong>run</strong> the Data App:</p><ul><li><p>Go to the <strong>Deployments</strong> section on the workflow page</p></li><li><p>Click the three dots (⋮) next to your deployment → <strong>Run</strong></p></li></ul><p>To <strong>share</strong> the Data App:</p><ul><li><p>In <strong>Deployments</strong>, click the three dots → <strong>Manage Access</strong></p></li><li><p>Type the username and set their access level</p><p></p></li></ul>
