Copy or Move first row to column header

This node replaces the column headers with the values in the first line.

Currently, only string and number values in the first line are supported.
Missing values will cause an error, too.

Copy first row: Copies the first row to the column headers (First row is maintained).%%00010%%00010Move first row: Moves the first row to the column headers (First row is deleted).%%00010%%00010Note: Move headers will be faster than Copy headers, but the Column headers are renamed after the operation.
