Path to Absolute String (Variable)

Creates a String variable and an output table column containing the value of a Path variable expressed as an absolute path.

Options

Choose source path variable

Choose the path variable that contains the file name that you wish to edit

Which file separator to return in path

Choose which file separator to return in the path. The choice will depend on what your intended use of the path is.

String variable name to create

Enter a name for the String variable to be created. This variable will contain the absolute path derived from the selected Path variable.
