Plate well expansion (Component - config)

This is a component on expanding a well position (e.g. A1, B2 etc.) to its row and column outputs. The row and column outputs are noted as plateRow and plateColumn respectively (as integer). Supports plate format to 1536-well plate.

User needs to select
a) the column which contains to the well position (of string type)
b) whether row letters should be converted to numerical values (e.g. A = 1, B = 2 etc.)
c) whether the source columns should be removed from the table
