Loop(繰り返し処理、ループ)の紹介用Workflowです。
List Files / Table Row To Variable Loop Start / Loop End / URL to File PathのNode紹介用も兼ねています。
InputファイルはInputフォルダからダウンロードしてください。
List files, Table Row to Variable Loop Start, Excel Reader, Excel Writerはv4.3から仕様が変更になっています。

特にList Files/FoldersはがPath型で読み込まれる点が異なります。
そのため、ブログでは説明しなかったPath to StringをURL to File Pathの前に入れています。
また、Filterがボタンを押さないと出て来なくなりました。
その代わり相対パスやRemoteファイルが使えるようになったりフォルダの一覧を取得するように設定変更できるようになっています。

Table Row to Variable Loop Startは、仕様変更によりコラムが選べるようになりました。
