Challenge 7:In this challenge you will create one or more visualizations to inspect the percentual share of seats held by women inlocal government, as reported by the United Nations Development Programme: Human Development Reports. Thepurpose of this report is to “ensure women's full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at alllevels of decision-making in political, economic and public life.” Since this is a real dataset there will be missing values,and we expect you to augment the data via your own creativity. In particular, we ask that you not only report country specificdata but also continent data. The true challenge here will be how you transform this incomplete dataset into one or morevisualizations, and which visualizations you deem appropriate for this challenge.
