This worklow simply read an annotation table generated with the qualitative annotation plugin in Fiji.The images are also opened by the worklfow and loaded in the table (they should be on disk).The image files in the annotation table are expected to have the same file-format (ex. tif).If this is not the case, tick " Check format for each file" in the Image Reader node (slower).
