This workflow shows how to do a time-to-event analysis using an ADaM* (in particular a ADTTE.xpt) dataset.
ADaM datasets are mainly stored in .xpt file format. For this, Lhasa Limited provides a dedicated node - the XPT Reader (Beta).
In order to create a Kaplan-Meier plot using the Kaplan-Meier Estimator node, the column containing the event informations needs to be converted into a boolean type with true and false values. For this the Column Expression node can be used.
When using the data provided under the Link below, the event is for example a dermatologic event. It could be also used for a survival analysis with a corresponding dataset.
