Instantaneous Diffusion Coefficient

Compute the instantaneous diffusion coefficient (IDC) for each trajectory in the input table. A trajectory is defined by a group of rows (defined by the grouping columns) containing particle coordinates and time information.

The IDC is calculated as 1/4 of the mean of the squared displacements at the minimum time scale, divided by the time difference.

Options

Grouping Columns
Set of columns that define unique tracks (e.g. rowID and trackID)
Coordinate Columns
Set of columns that define the (2D or 3D) coordinates
Time Column
Column containing the time values
