Variant annotation: Parallelization - To speed up the annotation of large variant files, you can parallely align annotation modules and merge them again afterwards - Add additional input ports to the merge node (right click > Add ports > Input object (pickled)), then connect the nodes - Some nodes require pre-annotations of other nodes. In that case, make sure that the required nodes are aligned before the node. Example: 'Progtein features' requires pre-annotation with 'Protein_to_Genomic'. Make sure that 'Protein_to_Genomic' is run before 'Protein features'.
