CSV_​to_​VCF-MAF

Convert CSV to VCF/MAF Converts a set of table-formatted files (CSV) at protein level to VCF and MAF format. The CSV file should contain a column 'Gene' containing the gene symbols, e.g. 'KRAS', and a column 'Variant exchange' containing the amino acid exchange of the variant, e.g. 'p.G12C' or 'G12C'.
