Quantify Segment Overlap

Compute the overlap (in pixels/voxels) of all overlapping segments in the input labeling.

The labeling containing the overlapping segments.

Table containing the input labeling column

Output Ports

Icon
Flattened version of the (sparse) confusion matrix of segment labels, providing the number of common pixels for each pair of overlapping labels.
