This node allows for a single spectra intensity to be plotted against m/z onto a single chart.

Options

x Pixel
Specify the x pixel of the spectra to be plotted. If outside the bounds of the minimum or maximum pixel, the closest is chosen.
y Pixel
Specify the y pixel of the spectra to be plotted. If outside the bounds of the minimum or maximum pixel, the closest is chosen.
Save the JPEG
Specify whether the JPEG should be saved or not.
File Destination
Specify the location to save the JPEG of the spectra.

Input Ports

Icon
The incoming data should contain rows of intensities of the spectra. The data should be combined so that the rows of the data are the intensities for a single spectra. The column names are the m/z channels.

m/z Channel View
Visualization of the intensity plotted against the m/z values.

Installation

To use this node in KNIME, download the below referenced file, save it to your KNIME's plugin folder and restart KNIME.
