Image ROI

We use this to limit incoming MSI imzML data into a rectangular Region of Interest. Specifically, we specify a minimum and maximum for the width values and height values of the pixels of the MS image. Anything outside of this range is 'chopped off' and is no longer considered.

Limits on Image Width

Minimum
Specify the minimum accepted x pixel values in our ROI.
Maximum
Specify the maximum accepted x pixel values in our ROI.

Limits on Image Height

Minimum
Specify the minimum accepted y pixel values in our ROI.
Maximum
Specify the maximum accepted y pixel values in our ROI.
