Calculate summary statistics for FCS frame subsets. These subsets may be defined using the Create Gates |link| node.

Options

FCS Column
The column of FCM data from which the statistics will be calculated.
Add stats button
Pop a dialog to create a new summary statistic definition.

Input Ports

Icon
A table with at least one FCS Data Column

Output Ports

Icon
a clone of the input table with additional entries from each of the predefined summary statistics.
