This directory contains 5 workflows.
01_Dilate
Dilate grows bright areas. This can e.g. be used to remove black holes from images.
02_Erode
Erode shrinks bright areas. This can e.g. be used to remove white spots from images.
03_Close
Removes black holes and stabilizes the size of the main object.
04_Open
Remove white spots and stabilizes the size of the main object.
05_Example_CT_Image
Example application of erode and dilate on a CT image
