Workflows Around The Clock!
NodePit Runner is the perfect complement to the KNIME Analytics Platform and allows you to deploy, execute and monitor your KNIME workflows in the cloud or on-premises as easy as running them locally. Login to NodePit Runner, select your favorite KNIME environment, create a schedule and upload a workflow… from now on your workflow will be executed at regular intervals without any further actions by you. Super easy!
NodePit Runner coordinates jobs and delegates their execution to executors. Executors are physical or virtual machines that run scripts or workflows based on defined schedules within allocated environments.
Environments describe the fixed setup in which a workflow will be executed. NodePit Runner allows to define an unlimited number of enviroments that can be quickly modified and easily assigned to your schedules.
For each environment various parameters can be set based in your needs and requirements. Pin it to a fixed KNIME version, specify extensions that need to be installed beforehand, define preference files or adjust JVM arguments. No server administrator required!
Schedules describe “how” your workflow will be executed. NodePit Runner allows to define an unlimited number of schedules that can easily be modified and paused at any time.
Each schedule consist of a workflow and a scheduling plan when and how ofter your workflow should be executed. If necessary, you can also specify additional settings such as workflow variables or workflow credentials.
Runs are the executions of schedules within an environment. Follow the execution in real-time, check the job status, download the executed workflow and your artifacts, e.g. output you have written during execution.
