No. We are not affiliated with the KNIME AG. We deliberately are not a “KNIME Partner”, but an independent company. We strongly believe that only this way we can provide you with the best and most innovative solutions and services and avoid any conflicts of interest which would stem from a coupling with the KNIME AG.
We’re there to help. However, in case of unexpected behaviour, please perform these simple steps of self-service first: (1) make sure, that you’re running the latest version of the Elasticsearch Nodes (go to File → Update KNIME), and (2) make sure, that you’re your Elasticsearch Nodes and Elasticsearch cluster version match. If this does not help, simply drop us an email, including a sample workflow in case you have any specific issues. In case you’re reporting any errors or failing functionality, please also add the corresponding log output. Therefore enable the DEBUG log level in KNIME’s preferences KNIME → KNIME GUI and re-run the failing action if necessary.
Using the Elasticsearch Nodes requires a valid license. Licenses are per user. This means, every person within a company using the software requires one license. In case you have questions or special licensing requirements, please do not hesitate and get in touch!
No. Your purchase will be for a one year license which will not be automatically extended. To continue using the Elasticsearch Nodes after one year, simply purchase a new license.
