01_Tagging Words in Documents

For the purposes of enrichment, this workflow applies a variety of tags to words in a Document.
- Part-Of-Speech (POS) tags via the POS tagger node and the Stanford tagger node;
- Named Entity tags (locations, money, person names, etc...) via the OpenNLP NE tagger node
- Custom tags via the Dictionary Tagger and the Wildcard Tagger nodes.
