Seqan Tcoffee (Multiple Alignment) and Sequence Logo
In this workflow two different types of ATA-box motifs are loaded as FASTA files. The sequences are aligned with each other,using the SeqanTcoffee node.The shared Sequence Logo component shows an interactive view of the sequence logo and by selecting nucleotides fromthe logo the samples in which they occur get also selected in a Table View.
