Read MDF with KNIME Python
This workflow read an MDF file using the KNIME Python Extension.The Python package mdfreader is reqired to be installed in thePython3 environment. Select one data block in Interactive Table View which will be read. Filter on Master Channel name (or any other data block attribute) and readthe matching block. Get MDF File Path. In this case we inputthe path manually in the Table Creator.However, we could also list a Folder ofMDF Files and loop over them. Select the MDF File to read using a Filechooser Input.
