Using the align node

Aligning a 2 channel image through timeThis workflow takes a 2 channel time series image.The first align node aligns channel 2 relative to channel 1.The second align node registers both channels through time.Notes about usage: i) sometimes if the image is too small the node will fail. This has to do with the "crop mode" in the alignnode. Set it to "extend" and it will run but likely give an image that is badly alignedii) if align to first does not work in the align node "Align relative to", stepwise with an appropriate stepsize will usually work just fine.iii) if you want to check the images in Fiji you need to import the tiffs with Bioformat Importer. It will throwan error if you simply try to drag the tiffs into Fiji.
